File Retention

Payments
- Payments are due as stated at checkout or per invoice terms
- Work may not begin until payment (or deposit) is received
Refunds
Due to the customized and creative nature of our work:
- All sales are final once work has begun
- No refunds are issued for completed or partially completed services
