At Ember Muse Publishing, we believe educators are among the most powerful storytellers in a child’s life. They don’t just teach reading and writing—they shape how students think, how they express themselves, and how they see their own potential.
Our work with educators is rooted in respect, collaboration, and care. Whether inside a classroom or beyond it, we recognize that teaching is deeply human work.

Ember Muse Publishing may incorporate AI-assisted tools in parts of the creative and production process, including:
All materials are reviewed by a human prior to publication. AI is used as a tool—not a substitute for lived experience, professional judgment, or educational integrity.
Some children’s books may include AI-generated illustrations, including likeness-based representations used with permission when stories are inspired by real families or lived experiences. These uses are clearly disclosed and ethically guided.

The Annual Educator Gift Book exists because of teachers who understood that education is more than instruction—it is character-building, life-shaping, and deeply personal.
This initiative is inspired by educators who left a lasting imprint, including:
Ms. Thompson represents the living, present-day example of what education truly is. Her work reflects compassion, resilience, and unwavering dedication to her students as whole people—not just learners.
She embodies the truth that teaching doesn’t stop at the classroom door. Her presence, care, and commitment are reminders that education is built on humanity.
Ms. Bonfitto exemplifies patience, empathy, and thoughtful communication. She meets her students where they are, understands their individual needs, and creates space for learning that feels safe, supportive, and inclusive.
Her care shows up in both small moments and everyday consistency—reminding us that great teaching is often found in quiet acts of understanding and compassion.
Mr. Walton taught responsibility and focus through trust, effort, and earned reward. His classroom reinforced the idea that when you show up and do the work, there is space for joy and rest afterward.
The lesson was simple and lasting: hard work has meaning, and it pays off.
Ms. Waltz represented consistency, care, and the quiet strength of an educator who stays with you long after the school year ends. She emphasized the value of education, practical life skills, and personal responsibility.
She’s the kind of teacher you appreciate even more as an adult—the kind you go back and find.
Mr. Allen believed learning should be engaging, honest, and memorable. He taught students how to think critically and resolve conflict by turning the classroom into a courtroom—encouraging debate, fairness, and perspective.
His humor, creativity, and unconventional wisdom left a lasting imprint on his students. Though he is no longer with us, the lessons he shared continue to live on through the lives he shaped.
A first-grade teacher whose words became a lifelong compass. Mrs. Liberman reminded her students that they would pass through many classrooms and learn many lessons—but if there was one thing she hoped they would carry with them for the rest of their lives, it was this:
Live by the Golden Rule.
That principle—kindness, respect, empathy, and humanity—continues to guide the values at the heart of Ember Muse Publishing and this annual gift.
Beginning in PJT. 2027, Ember Muse Publishing plans to publish one children’s or educational book each year at no cost for an educator.
This is not a contest.
It is not a promotion.
It is a thank-you.
A gesture of gratitude for the teachers who invest time, care, and belief into their students—often without recognition, and often without ever seeing the full impact of what they’ve planted.
This gift exists to honor that quiet, lasting influence—and to remind educators that their work matters far beyond the classroom.
As Ember Muse grows, we plan to expand into:
We believe literacy is a foundation for confidence, creativity, and long-term growth.
We welcome educators, schools, and educational programs interested in learning more about our resources and future initiatives. Whether you’re exploring classroom materials, community literacy efforts, or creative projects of your own, we’re always open to thoughtful conversation.
As part of our commitment to supporting educators, Ember Muse Publishing also plans to offer special educator rates for current and retired teachers who are interested in writing, publishing, or creative collaboration. These offerings are designed to make creative work more accessible—without pressure or expectation.
We invite you to connect, ask questions, and learn more as our programs continue to grow.
