About Ember Muse Publishing
Ember Muse Publishing was created from firsthand experience navigating a publishing process that often lacked clarity, affordability, and human connection. Built with family at its core, this publishing house reflects a belief in possibility, collaboration, and generational impact. As a woman-led and family-centered creative space, we value integrity, thoughtful communication, and intentional growth—welcoming writers who are seeking guidance, not gatekeeping, as they bring their stories forward.
What We Publish
As we begin building our catalog, Ember Muse Publishing focuses on developing projects rooted in education, lived experience, and cultural connection. We work closely with writers as their stories take shape, offering guidance and structure throughout the publishing process.
Stories for Young Readers & Multilingual Communities
We focus on developing children’s and educational books that support learning, emotional development, and meaningful conversation. We place special emphasis on English–Spanish and bilingual editions, ensuring each work is created with cultural intention and care—not direct translation. These projects are designed for families, educators, and communities seeking stories that inform, comfort, and connect across generations and languages.
Memoir, Personal Narrative & Learning Resources
We work with writers who carry lived experience and insight to share. Our publishing focus includes memoir, healing-centered personal narratives, and practical educational guides or workbooks created to support growth, understanding, and empowerment. Each project is guided through a thoughtful, collaborative process that respects the author’s voice while providing clarity and structure.
Our Publishing Approach
Every manuscript submitted to Ember Muse Publishing is reviewed individually and with care. Because alignment matters—to our values, our vision, and the stories we place our name behind—not every project will be the right fit. We welcome writers at all stages of the process, whether you have a completed manuscript, a partially developed draft, or an idea you’re still shaping. Some authors come to us seeking publishing and distribution support, others need guidance with formatting, structure, accountability, or navigating the publishing process from start to finish. While we do not write stories without collaboration, we do offer guided support—including ghostwriting services—when an author is seeking help translating their story into written form. When a project does not align with our publishing mission, we aim to respond with respect and, when possible, offer guidance toward alternative paths forward.
